The design of instrumentation and control systems is undergoing a fundamental shift as three forces converge: artificial intelligence, modular FPGA hardware, and web-native development tools. Where engineers once faced months of custom board design, low-level HDL work, and bespoke software integration, they can now assemble sophisticated data-acquisition and control platforms from proven, reconfigurable building blocks. Modular FPGA hardware provides the deterministic, high-throughput backbone these systems demand, while pre-validated integration modules eliminate much of the risk and time traditionally spent bringing custom silicon to a working state.
