Director of Systems Engineering, Department of the Navy, DASN RDT&E
Serves as lead for Systems Engineering for the Department of the Navy in the Office of the Assistance Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition.  In this role, he is the Department’s lead for the systems engineering posture with specific focus on MOSA, Architectures, Digital Engineering, Model and Sim, Technical Assessments, Technical Policy, Workforce Development and key areas of the Acquisition Transformation Strategy.  Prior to joining his current role, he spent 20 years at NAWCAD and NAVAIR, supporting multiple programs and serving on Command staff positions in engineering, systems engineering, logistics and program management.   He holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Model and Simulation, and Defense and Strategic Studies.  Additionally, he is a qualified in Joint Operation, Information Warfare, and Naval Aviation Observer Aerospace Engineering Duty Officer in the Navy Reserve with experience in Space Operations, Surface, Air, and Information Warfare, and is a Systems Engineering PhD candidate at the Naval Postgraduate School.

Vice President of Strategic Planning and a Technical Fellow, Curtiss-Wright
David Jedynak is Vice President of Strategic Planning and a Technical Fellow. Previously, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions for many years and continues to provide technology leadership for the group. David joined Curtiss-Wright in 2008, and has focused his expertise in network-centric systems, COTS solutions and Assured Position, Navigation and Timing. He actively drives and supports the adoption of modular open standard approach (MOSA) architectures for the defense industry to accelerate technology deployment. Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright, David worked in both the automotive electronics and film industries on the forefront of industry-wide migrations to cutting-edge open standard digital architectures. He holds a BS Electrical Engineering from UCLA, as well as a Certificate in Astronautical Engineering and a Certificate in Project Management, both also from UCLA.

Technical Account Manager, Lynx
Ethan Salehi is a Technical Account Manager at Lynx and a Ph.D. researcher at Kennesaw State University, where his research focuses on safe and secure real-time operating systems for multicore embedded systems. He has extensive experience supporting defense and aerospace programs with certifiable software solutions aligned with MOSA, FACE, and DO-178C standards. Ethan previously served as a FACE Verification Authority at LDRA and contributed to multicore interference analysis initiatives in collaboration with the U.S. Army. His work bridges theoretical architectures and practical deployment of OS-level standardization, supporting mission-critical environments such as degraded visual operations and autonomous systems.

Director, Army Programs, Mercury Systems
Bradley Bruce is Mercury’s Director for Army Programs based out of Huntsville, AL. In this role he supports all current and future Army requirements, contracts, purchase orders, proposals, acquisition, procurement and trade shows. Brad brings to Mercury 29 years of military service and Department of Defense support.
Prior to joining Mercury, Brad was a Senior Operations Analyst on the Program Executive Office for Aviation staff, supporting all Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and serving as the liaison between the International Program Offices and the Defense Security Cooperation Enterprise. He also supported the Defense Security Cooperation Agency at all foreign air shows as the Army’s Aviation subject matter expert.

Brad spent his last 4 years of military service as the Product Manager for the Army’s H-60M Black Hawk program. During this time he oversaw and developed three Multi-Year contracts with Lockheed Martin – Sikorsky delivering 500+ UH/HH-60M helicopters to the US Army’s Active, National Guard, and Reserve Components as well as numerous Foreign Militaries and other US Government Agencies. Prior to this, he spent 2 years in the Pentagon serving as both the Executive Officer to the ASAALT MILDEP and as a Congressional Liaison to the House and Senate Armed Services Committees.

Brad has multiple deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq as both an Aviation Brigade Company Commander and later as an Acquisition Officer. In 2003 he deployed to Iraq as the Headquarters Company Commander in 3rd Infantry Division’s Aviation Brigade and led the company on the initial assault to Baghdad. Brad received the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq and later the Legion of Merit upon retirement from the Military in 2018.
SVP, Growth Operations & GM, Huntsville Site, Parry Labs
As Senior Vice President for Parry Labs Growth Operations, Tom provides critical executive leadership in the accomplishment of Parry Labs’ growth goals and manages day-day execution of best practices and processes. Tom also serves as the senior executive and general manager for Parry Labs’ Huntsville site maintaining local business partnerships, community outreach, and account management for Air and Space business segments.

Tom’s prior experiences and leadership positions include Site Lead for Collins Aerospace where he led Future Vertical Lift and open systems pursuit and capture strategies as well as the program management for the Army Rotary Wing avionics programs. Prior to his role at Collins Aerospace, Tom served at the Aviation Center of Excellence as the Director, Capability Development and Integration responsible for concept evaluation, force structure, and capability development for US Army Aviation formations. He holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University, and a Masters in National Security & Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School (National Defense University). He serves as a board member for the Auburn University Aerospace Engineering Advisory Council and the Vertical Lift Consortium.
