Charles Patrick Collier is currently the Chair of the SOSA Conformance Standing Committee and the Chair of the SOSA Infrastructure Committee. Patrick works as a Senior Systems Engineer with Aspen Consulting Group. Patrick is one of the original founders of SOSA which began during his tenure as an Engineer at AFRL Space Vehicles Directorate. Patrick is also a co-founder of the Next Generation Space Interconnect Standard (NGSIS) and the SpaceVPX VITA Standard (VITA 78).
