Zayd Babamir

Director of Technology at Micross Silicon Turnkey Solutions

Zayd Babamir is the Director of Technology for our Silicon Turnkey Services group within the Products & Services division of Micross Components. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.  Zayd joined Micross in 2014 as a Component Engineer and has held multiple engineering and product line management roles prior to his current position. Zayd has over 10 years of focused microelectronics engineering experience in component assembly, reliability, and testing while serving as the key communication channel between Micross customers, engineering, and sales.  Leveraging Micross’ capabilities, he continues to drive innovative engineering teams and capability portfolio enhancement in key hi-rel markets and applications, including Aerospace & Defense, and Space with a concentration for RF, VLSI, ASIC, and FPGA technologies.
