Bio
Bradley Bruce is Mercury’s Director for Army Programs based out of Huntsville, AL. In this role he supports all current and future Army requirements, contracts, purchase orders, proposals, acquisition, procurement and trade shows. Brad brings to Mercury 29 years of military service and Department of Defense support.
Prior to joining Mercury, Brad was a Senior Operations Analyst on the Program Executive Office for Aviation staff, supporting all Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases and serving as the liaison between the International Program Offices and the Defense Security Cooperation Enterprise. He also supported the Defense Security Cooperation Agency at all foreign air shows as the Army’s Aviation subject matter expert.

Brad spent his last 4 years of military service as the Product Manager for the Army’s H-60M Black Hawk program. During this time he oversaw and developed three Multi-Year contracts with Lockheed Martin – Sikorsky delivering 500+ UH/HH-60M helicopters to the US Army’s Active, National Guard, and Reserve Components as well as numerous Foreign Militaries and other US Government Agencies. Prior to this, he spent 2 years in the Pentagon serving as both the Executive Officer to the ASAALT MILDEP and as a Congressional Liaison to the House and Senate Armed Services Committees.

Brad has multiple deployments to both Afghanistan and Iraq as both an Aviation Brigade Company Commander and later as an Acquisition Officer. In 2003 he deployed to Iraq as the Headquarters Company Commander in 3rd Infantry Division’s Aviation Brigade and led the company on the initial assault to Baghdad. Brad received the Bronze Star for his service in Iraq and later the Legion of Merit upon retirement from the Military in 2018.
