With more than 25 years in the semiconductor industry, Knut is a seasoned technology leader who has held numerous management roles at the intersection of hardware and software. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for shaping system architectures, guiding complex product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams from concept to deployment. Knut is heading Renesas’s Motor Control and Industrial Center of Excellence, where he drives all aspects of technology management from identifying key technology and market trends or turning them into actionable strategies, partnership and platforms that ease technology adaptations for Renesas’ customers.
