Throughout his career, Waldemar has led pioneering efforts in embedded systems, including the introduction of Linux OS for automotive applications and the development of the first continuous integration system for Aptiv’s infotainment projects. He has also been instrumental in creating Aptiv’s Software Factory - an advanced environment designed for fast, automated software building and testing.
Waldemar’s technical leadership spans a wide range of achievements, from building complex CI systems with secure gates to spearheading test automation strategies across global teams. He has played a central role in collaboration with key suppliers, coached numerous engineers into leadership positions, and contributed to the development of templates meeting ASPICE requirements.
