Aaron Frank is Senior Director of Product Management at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, where he leads product strategy for a broad portfolio of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) embedded computing technologies used in demanding aerospace and defense applications. Since joining Curtiss-Wright in 2010, he has worked at the intersection of advanced technology, product development, and customer requirements, helping bring new processing, networking, and graphics capabilities to deployed systems.
Aaron’s areas of focus include high-performance processing, video and GPU technologies, network switching, and open-architecture embedded computing solutions across industry-standard form factors including VME and VPX. His responsibilities span product development and marketing strategy, technology roadmaps, and identifying emerging technologies that can help customers meet evolving performance, interoperability, and system architecture requirements.
As a subject matter expert, Aaron works closely with Curtiss-Wright engineering and sales teams as well as customers to address complex system design challenges and develop practical paths for integrating new technologies into current and future platforms. His work increasingly includes technologies such as Time-Sensitive Networking (TSN), Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), and open standards that enable more deterministic, interoperable, and scalable defense systems.
Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
