This case study discusses three key problems in the electronics industry caused by a lack of data standards. The data team at CELUS has established procedures to successfully tackle these and ensure the required data quality to enable data-driven electronics design.
1. Data pipelines loading data from component manufacturers with validation stage, where our content team reviews provided information.
2. Extraction of information needed for design from provided files, such as schematics, using machine learning algorithms and trained neural networks.
3. Introducing the concept of a CUBO, a reusable block, enriched with all the engineer’s knowledge and information required for design.
