Keynote - NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography Standards

Cryptography is the cornerstone for cybersecurity. Quantum computers will undermine current cryptographic defenses. This presentation introduces NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Standardization project and the first set of NIST PQC standards published August 2024. The presentation discusses challenges and strategies in transitioning to post-quantum cryptography for cybersecurity in quantum era.
